Since 1974, Transchem group has continued to create, innovate and deliver excellent car wash brands and products to the world. Transchem identified that their website was a bottleneck for potential lead generation, due to the lack of user centric design, and poor user experience. We were able to optimize their overall user experience with a new website design by focusing on user journey mapping and information hierarchy.
As we move into the wireframing process, we first build out a user journey map providing a deep understanding of user flow and potential conversion outcomes. The wireframe begins taking shape and shortly after we can see the sites overall layout and structure. Once the wireframe is approved, we jump straight into the design and content population. At this stage you begin seeing the website coming to life and can see what the website will look like once we move into development.
The project began with a thorough analysis of the client's requirements and objectives, followed by the creation of wireframes and mockups to outline the website's layout and design. The website was also optimized for mobile responsiveness and speed to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. After thorough testing and quality assurance, the final product was delivered, meeting the client's needs and exceeding their expectations in terms of design, functionality, and user experience.
